Mag. Klaus Amlacher is one of the founders and Executive Director of Amergy IT Service and Sales gmbH. He studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, the Universitá degli studi in Florence and INSEAD in Fontainebleu and has a diploma in „Business Administration” from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. After scientific-based employment for the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, he worked for Alcatel.

Within Alcatel he worked in various management positions in Vienna and Paris. Beginning as Marketing Manager for Transport telematics, he then took over the worldwide Marketing and Sales position for the Alcatel Voice Messaging product portfolio. In a further move he directed a Europe-wide Customer Care and CRM (customer relationship management)-specialised integration center and was responsible for the co-ordination of the e-business activities within both the German-speaking and the CEE countries.
