A satisfied customer is a good customer

Customer Satisfaction Monitoring   provides a simple and automated customer satisfaction survey that makes it possible to continuously monitor the quality of Customer Services.

The process is simple:

Directly after a customer contact on the phone the customer receives an automatic call back by an electronic voice that is asking how satisfied the Customer was with the service. By pressing the numbers on the keypad of the phone the customer can evaluate the questions (e.g. based on school grades). At the end of the automated survey the customer can either ask for a call back of a customer service representative or leave a message.

The customers who are receiving an automatic call back are randomly chosen by the application, the percentage is variable.
